Job Description

Workday HRIT Compensation Analyst 

• Provides an understanding of Workday compensation business processes as a subject matter expert.  Consults in partnership with other IT and HR staff to guide and identify solution alternatives to the Enterprise HR community.
• Designs and enhances Workday compensation processes to utilize the business value of Workday capabilities.
• Participates in implementing Workday Compensation functionality across the HR landscape in collaboration with Chevron Compensation Subject Mater Experts and Solutions Architects, and the Chevron selected System Integrators.
o Collects business requirements and determines how to best design in Workday
o Configures Core compensation plans to meet business requirements
o Configures Eligibility rules for compensation plans
o Work with other Compensation team members to validate the configured plans
o Provides input into systems and user testing scenarios.
o Identifies cross functional impacts such as conversions, integrations, job architecture etc.
• Provides input and functional knowledge of the overall Workday compensation product through final deployment.
• Helps business process owners with training materials.
• Organizes own efforts with other HRI teams to best support the HR function.
