Resource Responsibilities
Prepares a wide variety of design, programming, and documentation tasks necessary for the development, implementation, and sustainment of IT applications

Develops logic and implements secure coding solutions to prevent/mitigate coding vulnerabilities
Creates normalized database tables and SQL queries using MS SQL Server, and other RDMS and database tools
Performs basic database administration tasks, performance optimization, index optimization, and writes advanced select queries
Plans and coordinates the development of data structures, identifies specific data elements to be used in the system, designs, develops or modifies relational databases
Follows prescribe data standards, policies and procedures, information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices
Prepares project plans, functional requirements, charters, time-lines, coordinate meetings, budgets, statements of work, Standard Operating Procedures, status reports, cost benefit analysis and resource utilization estimates
Assists in the development and completion of Problem Statements and Business Case Analysis

Position Summary

  • This position is under the direction of the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and includes responsibilities related to managing projects for new equipment design, development, build, improvement, and other complex projects. 
  • Duties will include project planning, budget management, scheduling, team leading, updating, communicating, status, follow-up, and project approval.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop project plans containing the complete scope of work identifying all project requirements, tasks, resource assignments and an accurate estimate for task completion
  • Manage expense and capital spending associated with projects
  • Lead, motivate and inspire project cross-functional team members
  • Communicate status and updates for projects – keep stakeholders informed of project progress and potential roadblocks, provide meeting minutes and action items to the team, create/update project plans (Gantt charts) on a regular basis

 Our Level 1 Technical Support Service Desk agents provide excellent customer service by supporting a wide range of technical and network solutions. Serving as the initial point of contact, you will gather and analyze information about the user's issue to answer basic questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products to determine the best way to resolve their problem. Solutions include, but are not limited to, uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications, resolving username and password problems, verifying proper hardware and software set up, resolving network connectivity issues and troubleshooting email issues.   

Our center will be open 24/7/365, we offer flexible shifts (which may include evening, overnight and weekend opportunities). 

 Job Responsibilities: 

  • Initial point of contact for customers via telephone, email or live chat to provide technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications 
  • Provides technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications. 
  • Assists with navigating around application menus, may be required to remote into customer's computer.
