Required knowledge of AIX, SAS 9.x security, backup and recovery, diagnosing/resolution of problems, systems monitoring, SAS performance tuning, managing and scheduling SAS changes.

Perform conceptual, FEED, and detailed analyses and design as per design basis, project specifications, design codes and standards. Apply in-depth skills and broad knowledge of the business to address complex problems and nonstandard situations. Prepare clear and accurate detailed design calculations and analyses including design reports and procedures Capable of reviewing the Design drawings and documents, Equipment specifications / data sheets and materials. Provide guidance to the project/ Mechanical Design & Engineering work. Resolves Mechanical Engineering issues by applying accepted principles, codes and standards. Planning and scheduling of discipline deliverables and activities including man-hour estimating when requested, requesting personnel as identified by the plan, and supervision of mechanical discipline personnel. Reviews the Basis of Design (BOD) & Project Execution Plan (PEP) as well as all Client provided data. Coordinating with all disciplines (as necessary) in the preparation and development of the deliverables and ensuring that other disciplines input is incorporated. Ensures equipment compliance with package electrical, structural & instrument specifications, as well as applicable code requirements and national / international standards. Prepares enquiry requisitions in PDMC/Pacesetter. Evaluates bids & prepares technical bid evaluations & provides input to joint purchase recommendation.
The Production Supervisor is responsible in controlling the day-to-day offshore operations activities i.e. process/utilities monitoring & troubleshooting, ‘permit-to-work’ executions and control of simultaneous operations. This is to ensure that Daily Sale Gas nomination, sales gas quality & parameters and the expected condensate production are met in a safe & cost-effective manner, thus avoiding any possible penalties. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: • Coordinate, control and monitor daily operational activities to ensure the facilities are operated, optimised and maintained in compliance with Company processes, EHS & API Standards • Supervise and monitor operations crew to ensure hydrocarbon in a safe and cost effective manner to meet Daily Sales Gas nomination, quality and the expected condensate production • Monitor production and safety efficiency and raising of actions as appropriate to ensure optimum field performance • Interface with Operations Team to ensure operational and production requirements are met and supported, including both Subsea and Topside systems • Prepare and maintain relevant procedures, reports, records and documents required for day-to-day operations as well as special projects • Coordinate submission of an annual opex budget as well as monthly tracking of actual vs budget • Management of a range of assigned support service contracts • Liaise and coordinate with O&M contractor as required, providing training and competency assurance to O&M personnel REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND: • 10+ years offshore facility production and maintenance experience, with 5+ years in supervisory position • 5+ years of international experience, preferably in Malaysia • Formal training with Command of Major Emergencies competency • Good understanding of DCS operations and remote operations

Is the primary contact with the Drilling Contractor and third party contractors to ensure operations areperformed in accordance with operational requirements, guidelines and programs, and in a safe and cost-effective manner. Coordinates resources of offshore execution team. Ensuring that operations comply with clients Management System. Be responsible for health and safety procedures being continuously enforced, and making capable decisions in emergency situations to prevent well catastrophes or significant financial losses. Ensure that rig and platform systems and third party equipment is adequately and properly maintained Ensure that drilling and completion procedures and programs are followed as planned and conducted in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure changes to programmes are risk assessed and risks mitigated (ALARP) and communicated to the workforce Organize and order the necessary services and equipment to conduct drilling and completion operations. Ensure accurate and adequate reports and records are kept regarding operations, equipment, and performance evaluation. Approve the daily activity reports for rig-based activities. Ensure potential pollution control problems are considered, and the contingency plans are understood by involved personnel. Ensure that drills relating to well control are held on a regular basis. Maintain inventory of all equipment/materials/supplies to ensure a smooth ongoing operation. Ensure timely and accurate cost follow-up Capture operational lessons learned for continuous performance improvement. Ensures that the handover process between the offshore execution team members is effective. The Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Offshore Installation Manager and provide a range of maintenance, operational, and technical related support. The position also provides information and reports in relation to the Company Offshore Production Facilities. The position will play a key role in interfacing with the OIM and various Onshore departments including, HSE, Logistics, Drilling, Procurement-Contracts, Warehousing, SAP to provide operational team support to the offshore installations. Responsible for providing advice on all Marine maintenance issues and to the main support services O&M provider. Supervise in conjunction with the Marine Supervisor, deck operations and to ensure lifting equipment and records and certificates are kept up to date. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: • Support the Offshore Installation Manager in the daily offshore operations and to ensure the facilities CPP, WHPs and FSO are operated and maintained in compliance with Company processes, EHS Standards, and API Standards. • Be an integral part of the Emergency Response Team (ERT). • Interface with Offshore and Onshore Team to ensure maintenance and operational requirements are met and supported, including both subsea systems and topside systems. • Prepare and maintain relevant procedures, reports, records, and documents required for day to day operations as well as for special projects. • Coordinate the submission of an annual Opex budget as well as monthly tracking of actuals vs budget. • Monitoring of safety and maintenance KPI’s, compliance to maintenance standards and safety standards, and raising of actions as appropriate to ensure objectives are met and optimum field performance. • Develop maintenance standards where needed and implement through SAP. • Management of a range of assigned support service contracts as well as manage contractors while onboard. • Management of the spares inventory and maintenance program through SAP, including designation of critical spares and min/max values. • Manage and control marine maintenance operations. • Liaise & co-ordinate with O&M support services contractor as required providing training and competency assurance to O&M personnel. • Ensure that effective communications are maintained with offshore and onshore personnel, service contractors and government personnel. • Maintain a record of survey for all FSO Hull, Machinery, Process and Utility equipment ensuring that all administration and FSO Class requirements are complied with and requesting the timely attendance of surveyors as appropriate to a continuous survey regime. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND: Education, Skills and Experience: • 10+ year’s offshore FSO/FPSO production and maintenance experience with 5+ years in a supervisory position. • Safety course for engineers. • STWC 95 national endorsement Engineering Officer class 1 – (Preferable). • STWC 95 national endorsement Tankerman certificate highest grade – oil – (Preferable). • STWC 95 safety course for engineers. • Formal training with Command of Major Emergencies competency. • Commercial experience and awareness. • Good analytical and problem solving skills; work with minimal supervision; must be a self-starter. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team oriented environment. • Advanced knowledge of SAP. • Experience of playing a key role in the Management of Change Process Schedule / Physical Requirements: • Good health with the ability to accept immunizations/ medications. • Medical fitness
