Summary

Drivers are primarily responsible for the safe and effective operation of the various types of vehicles. Safety is our number one priority, so all our drivers must successfully pass an assessment, attend a driver training course and give a satisfactory commentary drive before they can drive company vehicles Successful Drivers are committed to safe journey management. The Driver reports to the relevant Driving Supervisor.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Completes and follows all journey management standards and Policies.
  • Returns all vehicle keys when the vehicle is not in use to the office.
  • Ensures their driving license is always in their possession when driving.
  • Ensures that all national, Client's speed limits are adhered to.
  • Reports all vehicle faults promptly
  • Checks the condition of all seat belts daily.
  • Ensures that all passengers are wearing seat belts and that the vehicle is carrying the correct number of persons.
  • Completes pre-journey checks for safety before driving. Wears the correct PPE when loading or unloading the vehicle.

Requirements:

  • CDL Class A required
  • Must be able to pass drug and alcohol test
  • Must be able to pass background and MVR check
  • 2-3 years oilfield experience hauling sand or water is preferred

 

Qualification:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Clean driving and criminal record
  • Must be able to pass drug test
  • A Valid CDL-A is required. Anyone that shows up without a valid CDL will be turned away.
  • Job requires physical agility testing.

Position Summary:

Segue Technologies seeks a Program Manager to lead a large-scale software development and integration program supporting the US Air Force (100+ employees) This is a full-time position, located primarily at JBSA-Randolph, San Antonio, TX. Potential travel to Colorado Springs, CO and Segue’s HQ in Arlington, VA.

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple integrated teams across multiple locations. The Program Manager is expected to use best business practices and shall be responsible for all contractual obligations and delivery of all contract deliverables.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversees program budgets, schedules, and performance
  • Management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors
  • Serve as the Government’s primary POC and provide technical supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to support the government office
  • Serves as contractor’s single point of contact for the client
  • Coordinate the delivery of all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) exercised under the project and ensure consistency between documented business processes, configuration proposals, training materials, user manuals/user guides, and Helpdesk documents
  • Document project metrics to provide clear measures of progress and success against goals
  • Maintain clear communications while concurrently tracking progress against the established project plan to maintain user confidence and satisfaction
  • Plan and execute configuration management, issues management, and communications management for the project to ensure continuous communications with project stakeholders. These practices provide the framework for structured decision-making throughout all project phases
  • Manage the program, direct access to corporate resources, personnel, and senior management to make timely decisions in support of daily operations; will manage the Integration Support Activity
  • Ensure quality software product development and sustainment support
  • Coordinate with the COR and, as required, the PMO to fill vacancies when needed
  • Maintain contract costs, performance and schedule requirements
  • Maintain a project schedule with tasks assigned to all the different positions under this project
  • Support business development efforts, including leading and supporting proposals as needed
  • Projects shall be managed in accordance with industry best practices (e.g. the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)) and pertinent government procedures at the detail level commensurate with the scope and criticality of the project, arranged with the COR
  • Establish and brief specific QC metrics weekly and monthly to the PMO
  • Additional tasks as required

 

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience managing a large enterprise contract/task order with at least 80 employees
  • Bachelor's degree in IT Systems, Engineering, or other technical field plus 8 - 10 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience providing oversight of small to medium, multi-functional project teams in a web technology-based environment for a DOD customer
  • Planning and managing complex tasks sometimes under tight budget and time constraints
  • Experience in creating project schedules which include slack and lead time as well as integrating multiple project schedules into an overall division, directorate or enterprise schedule
  • Familiarity with industry best practices in project management and government contracting
  • Working knowledge of government contract and subcontract management
  • Ability to write, review, edit, and update project management documentation
  • Practical experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) experience
  • Strong management and leadership experience
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to lead, write or otherwise support proposal efforts
