Responsibilities 

  • Develop, build and maintain all elements related to LMS functionality, including but limited to content integrations and creation, learn on demand setup, dynamic proxy, curriculum programs, LMS structure, eligibility rules, business process steps, notifications, and reporting
  • Leads as the LMS SME and technical point of contact ensuring data integrity, system security and maintenance, system modifications, testing, report writing, document maintenance, system audits and recommendations for process changes
  • Provide and analyze learning data trends, insights, and adoption to make enhancements or additions to the training programs that support the entire organization while partnering directly with the HR talent development COE and various business platforms that require specialized training and/or certifications for their diversified products. 
  • Ensures HRIS governance model is being followed for all systems; intake, change control, enhancements, break fix, CI, security, change/release calendar and budgeting 
  • Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management. Monitors reoccurring issues, system/data or process gaps and proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation to train end users on new modules, processes, and functionality for the semi-annual Workday product releases
  • Manages the LMS content and maintains appropriate catalogue and archival information
  • Maintains data integrity rules and processes for the LMS such as course descriptions, course or class changes, instructors, enrolments and delivery costs
  • Examines trends in training content, materials and techniques as well as participates in Workday community, user group meetings/conferences focused on LMS effectiveness
  • Support marketing and adoption of Workday mobile to drive Employee and Manager Self Service

Qualifications 

  • This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other business related degree with 3 to 5 years’ of relevant experience in HRIS administration, process and data management
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience administering Learning Management Systems or other electronic performance tracking system.
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience in either an HR function providing technical support or a technical function providing support to HR using Workday as the HRIS platform.
  • High level of professional and personal integrity and ability to exercise good judgment
  • Proven track record of deploying HR technology solutions both on premise and cloud platforms that enable business objectives and goals
  • Skilled at building cross-functional and multi-level relationships
  • Requires strong analytical skills and the ability interpret business requirements to technical solutions and business process mapping
  • Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Preferred certifications in Project Management and Human Resources
