Job Description

Position is for a Support Engineer 

– 40-50% end user support, with server system administration and project based work the rest of the time.
Must Have:
·         Windows Server experience

o   Install/configuration

o   Adding roles/features

·         AD experience

o   User Accounts

o   Group Policy configuration and testing

·         Strong End User support skills in a helpdesk environment of 250 + employees

·         Desktop/Laptop setup and configuration using images such as Windows Deployment Server

·         Inventory control familiarity with tools such as Altiris

Would like to have:
·         VMWare experience

o   ESXi management

o   VDI setup

·         Network monitoring using tools such as Zenoss

·         VOIP system support – Avaya would be great
