Be accountable for account revenue and profit growth, client engagement and relationship management, global resource planning, work closely with project personnel and other partner teams to ensure adherence to deadlines, standards, and budgets.
Be accountable for drafting statements of work (SOW), contracts and financials, and review relevant specifications and requirements for Information Technology Projects and collaborate with project personnel and oversee these projects to ensure that the project is completed in a timely manner.
Be responsible for defining milestones and exit criteria for Information Technology Projects; Manage project personnel performance; help to streamline internal processes and design innovative solutions to meet deadlines.
Be responsible for development and execution of project communication plans. Maintain up-to-date project status and process flows on internal team site, delivery status reports for projects by collecting analyzing and summarizing information and trends. Analyze new and existing events and classify them for future analysis.
Be accountable for building a trusted and advisory relationship with clientele groups such as business decision makers, project owners, procurement/vendor management; Communicate with key stakeholders in business, delivery, operations, legal, finance, engineering and solution department.
Be accountable for Multi-million dollar business accounts with duties of budgeting, planning, Scheduling, sourcing and monitoring solution technology projects from end to end; including developing or updating service contracts for project plans such as project objectives, delivery service, technologies, systems, tools, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
Be accountable for driving revenue and business growth through “Sell-to” global solution services in Microsoft Cloud & Enterprise divisions such a Developer division, Cloud Infra (MCIO) etc. to name some (Not Limited to) and Enterprise product groups; services including Product R&D Testing, development, BI/analytics development, Operations, DevOps etc.
Be accountable for analysis and creation of forecast reports with pipeline opportunities, historical purchase Orders (PO), financial data, revenue projection, using business intelligence tools; synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
Be responsible for identification and/or monitoring of current and potential customers business needs by collecting industrial information, historical purchase orders or resources, business intelligence data, public information and market trends to create business opportunities.
Be accountable for defining customer pain points, review relevant specifications and requirements, set milestones and measurement matrix and criteria for Information Technology Projects.
Be accountable for driving and generating standard or customized proposals, plans or reports summarizing business, financial, data, recommendations for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Be responsible for conducting (as needed) weekly, monthly and quarterly business meetings or reviews with clients. Project owners, delivery owners, procurement and other relevant stakeholders.
Be responsible for ownership of customer KPI/SLA and milestone achievements with business strategy implications, timely flow management, technology trend analysis, product development and improvements, delivery quality assurance.
Be accountable for communication with customers, competitors, professional organizations, or others to stay abreast of industry or business trends; collaborate with internal key stakeholders such as business operation, delivery, legal, finance, engineering and solution teams.
Education: To perform these duties required minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent of US Bachelor’s degree.
