  • Del paint, coatings, resin, & glass to auto plants, warehouses & paint stores.
  • 50% drop & hook - 50 % live load/unload.
  • 25% of loads are hazmat ($30 hazmat pay)
  • 5% of loads go to Canada ($35 per Canada load)
  • All no touch freight
  • Acct will run heated tlrs in the winter and reefers in the summer if hauling paint.
  • Deliver in 48 states - only upstate New York (no NYC or boroughs)

1st:         6:45am - 2:45pm
2nd:        2:45pm- 10:45pm
3rd:        10:45pm- 6:45am

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Operate a variety of production equipment and tooling in a gas turbine manufacturing facility.
  • Will have ownership of compliance, safety, quality, and productivity in position of responsibilities.
  • Must be a flexible team player and participate with problem solving and continuous improvements.
  • Duties and job functions include the operation of grinding/polishing/deburr machines/tools, pressure washers, grit blasters, pickle tanks, paint equipment, material-moving equipment (forklifts, jib/gantry cranes, etc.), and related shop equipment/tools.
  • Must perform other assigned duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-year manufacturing/mechanical experience using electrical and pneumatic hand tools.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be willing and available to work the off-shift.
  • Possess skills to successfully interpret and execute production using drawings, blue prints, planning, and general methods.
