Rapidly growing logistics software provider is seeking a talented, client facing analyst for ongoing SaaS product implementation initiatives.
The Software Implementation Analyst will function as an individual contributor and project manager for the scoping, configuration and coordination of go-live SaaS initiatives with the external customer community. You will work with customers, develop functional requirements and specifications, coordinate time lines for deliverable, and lead the 3-4 day go- live initiative. Travel is 10-15%.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Develop a thorough understanding of our logistics and transportation SaaS platform
Communicate with all stakeholders across multiple projects (Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to ensure efficient and effective system configuration, development, testing, billing, training, implementation and launch.
Technical understanding not afraid to question and investigate so that challenges can be resolved quickly.
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and customized training sessions via online webinars, phone or in-person.
Work with VP of Product Development and Director of Customer Success to build repeatable, reliable, scalable processes.
Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, STEM a plus
Experience within the transportation/supply chain/logistics software and industry, a plus
3+ years of software Software Implementation or Business Analysis or project management experience.
Ability to interface directly with Clients professionally
Manages multiple priorities at once while paying attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills and great leadership aptitude.
Ability to prioritize work for scrum teams and manage to change priorities.
