Job Title : Trasition Manager
Job Location : Draper, Utah         
  • 10 to 12 Year of experience in service transition
  •          Ensures that appropriate project management methods are used for all engagements
  •          Partners with client PMO organizations to align planning and reporting approaches
  •          Establishes and ensures execution of standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation
  •          Tracks acceptance criteria for all contract milestones in all engagements and obtains timely sign-off from customer(s)
  •          Publish weekly dashboard on health of the project
  •          Participate in customer meetings
  •          Deliver all Service Transition Projects and Programs in line with recognized best practice methodology (managing risk, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution, reporting) , where  the successful implementation of service resource skills and processes are just as critical to project success as technology
  •          Deliver customer advocacy via exemplary  Service Transition project delivery
  •          To take full responsibility for the management of the wider transition team involving additional project management resource, internal technical resource, 3rdparty      suppliers, account team members and client stakeholders
  •          To interface with 3rd party suppliers, involving agreement, planning, timelines and quality of  deliverables
  •          Produce detailed project plans to manage  interdependencies
  •          Ensure strict commercial change control  to manage deviations
  •     Adhere to relevant increase processes   to intensify resource problems, delayed project phases, lost deadlines and alternative designing problems
     guarantee industrial project milestones ar united and revealed which invoices ar raised with relation to these      dates and/or on completion of deliverables
             Monitor the program/project making certain problems ar resolved in an exceedingly timely manner and also the acceptable corrective      actions ar enforced
             Review the outcomes of the Service Transition comes to work out any corrective actions that would be taken to boost future delivery in terms of price, quality and client satisfaction
