Founded in 2009, RBT Electric is a growing electrical and general contracting company based out of Anaheim, CA. A minority and veteran-owned business, we at RBT are a close-knit team looking to hire an experienced Project Coordinator to work with the customer and our internal teams to define objectives, analyze problems and build solutions; create project plans and improve workflow in the process. This position reports to the President and has the potential for growth as our company expands.
The Project Coordinator will work with the customer and our internal teams to define objectives, analyze problems and build solutions; create project plans and improve the work flow in the process.
The Project Coordinator must be able to coordinate multiple priorities and communicate objectively and confidently. The Project Coordinator also needs a high level of computer aptitude, attention to detail and business sense.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage Project Change order processes
Coordinate and document project processes
Track project data in order to manage each projects financial progress & aging reports
