Segue Technologies seeks a Pega Certified Systems Architect that can provide technical support to rapidly deploy Pega applications for our government clients. This is a full-time position which can be located at either Segue’s HQ in Arlington, VA or Dayton, OH office.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing technical support and implementation of Pega application solutions
Working closely with Segue team members and our clients to help elicit business capability requirements to facilitate proper application deployment
Leading the design and development of system prototypes and architecture plans using Pega
Implementing Pega system enhancements and bug fixes
Supporting Segue business development in customer meetings related to Pega opportunities and engagements as required
Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) or higher certification level
1-3 years of experience in customer-focused software development projects using Pega
Experience speaking with customers to understand needs and requirements to visualize potential solutions as implemented using Pega
Experience working with other technical resources to understand required integration points
Agile development experience, including the ability to describe Agile practices and principles to prospective and existing customers
Knowledge of both cloud-based and on-premises Pega installations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in IT Systems, Engineering plus 3+ years of related work experience
Experience supporting or leading Government / DoD software projects
Familiarity with DoD DIACAP/RMF requirements and remediation
Active Secret level DOD security clearance is preferred but not required
