Job Description:

Handle all inbound customer contact received by telephone.

Troubleshoot both complex medical/technical and routine requests.

Place outbound and received inbound calls to customers in accordance with call log procedures and policies.

Handles customer inquiries received by telephone regarding the health plan services that the customer is entitled to which we are contracted to assist with.

Discuss the health plan approved services with the customers using established protocols Document reporting or call history in required format and maintain complete and accurate records.

Contact the customer to resolve routine matters related to the health plan approved services (such as a need for the Provider to reschedule an appointment).

Report customer or provider concerns using established protocols.

Understands the importance of Quality Service and how it is measured Escalates issues as appropriate using established protocols.

DESCRIPTION

myOnsite Healthcare is a national mobile phlebotomy company. myOnsite is looking for experienced phlebotomists that can make mobile collections and work well independently. There will be both pediatric and geriatric collections. This is a contract position, and will be paid per draw collection. This position would be ideal for an existing mobile phlebotomist to add to their current work, or for someone who wanted to work on a part time flexible basis.

As a Packager placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible to prepare, clean, package, box, and inspect products in a controlled environment and interface with personnel and suppliers to assure smooth flow of material to the work cells. Additionally the Packager IV as a more responsible and senior operator will assist with line coordination and direct under the supervision of the manager the line assignments and work balance required for the area(s).

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Package and seal medical products using but not limited to the following methods:
    • Clean and verify components for count, quantity, and revision.
    • Generate and affix labels to properly identify materials. 
    • Read and understand blue prints. 
    • Box and package product for shipment to sterilizer. 
    • Seal using Tyvek, Foil, or other suitable means.

    2. Assist in logs and records for productions including: 
    • Work Order and DHR completion 
    • Ensuring equipment is functioning and set properly for production per specs 
    • Minor PM’s (daily and weekly) and logs associated with PM activities 
    • Minor maintenance of equipment or fixtures and completing or verifying log books

    3. Perform Inventory control functions as listed below: 
    • Expedite outside vendors when needed. 
    • Work with Team Lead, Manager, Planners and Buyers to set priorities. 
    • Receive product into inventory through the computer system. 
    • Maintain a secure and organized area. 
    • Maintain and operate material handling equipment. 
    • Implement inventory control systems (i.e. Dock to Stock, Point of Use).

    3. Assist in the coordination of the production and of employees: 
    • Work with manager, supervisor and/or Team Lead to facilitate schedules and balance the work force based on available work force and priorities. 
    • First line of assisting with interaction and employee cooperation.

    4. Assist in the training of employees: 
    • Work with engineering and Q.C. to improve processes. 
    • Other related duties as assigned.

    5. Complete and understand documentation needed to comply with S.N.E. policies, Quality Manual and procedures including but not limited to: 
    • FDA, QSR and various domestic and international standards and regulations. 
    • Company policies and procedures. 
    • Labor transactions and bar code scanning.

    6. Work in a team environment using the following skills: 
    • Communication both by verbal and written means. 
    • Listening and reaching consensus with others 
    • Participating in continuous Process improvement activities.

General Requirements:

  • Requires ability to assemble and handle small components.
  • Must be able to read/write English and have Basic math skills.
  • High School education or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 Years Manufacturing Experience

Additional Information:

  • Must be able to comply with all governing rules including S.N.E. policies and procedures and adhere to safety and cleanliness practices in the work place.
  • This position requires an individual to work with minimal supervision, and to support all work orders, DHR, and associated documentation required for processing orders.
  • This role will help maintain equipment, perform minor PM’s and assist in verifying logs as necessary for operation of the cell/line/environment.
  • A Packager IV will aid in engineering activities to improve production processes in a team environment.
  • The role will comply with all health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and job hazard assessments applicable to specified job activities including medical evaluations as required by job function.

Shifts: Monday-Friday 7-4

Length of Contract: 3-4 Month Temporary Assignment

Pay Rate: $11/hour
