Full Job Description

  • Arrange appointments
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
  • Assisting with special projects as needed using word processing, spreadsheet, database
  • Clerical duties of filing, photocopying/scanning, printing, etc.
  • Receive/sort daily mail and deliveries
  • Provide comprehensive, professional and confidential administrative support to the Compliance staff
  • Help client/customer relations and support teams
  • Coordinate and orders all items for events

Skills

  • 1 + years of experience
  • Quick problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Able to provide high-quality customer service
  • Flexibility to juggle an extensive degree of multiple and changing priorities
  • High level attention to detail, efficiency, and effectiveness
