This opportunity is for our client, one of the world’s leading technology companies in Offsite, North Carolina. This is a 3-month contract assignment and starts immediately. Pay rate is $25.00 per hour.

Job Description: 
The selected talent will work closely with internal functional teams by supporting and directing leads to appropriate destinations within the Sales organization. This role will also reassign leads as necessary and manage all fallout. In an ongoing capacity you will lead program updates, general system requirements on territory alignment changes (auto-assignment rules) enhancements and distribute announcements. To further support the Security Operations team you will collect and report comprehensive metrics benchmarking success, trends and identifying improvement opportunities. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Understand and implement the lead routing engine and how this works in sync 
    with the marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, databases & other tools 
    Manage all lead fallout and re-assignment 
  • Manage lead process with NGCC and other sale teams accordingly 
  • Attend lead routing calls, updates, enhancements and announcements 
  • Request new routing enhancements based on business needs and team 
    requirements 
  • Close collaboration with N3, VSS team and other stakeholders to identify routing gaps  
  • Build reports using the platforms: Domo, SFDC, Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst) 
  • Create reports for the stakeholders 
  • Set up weekly office hours, attend Domo trainings and update calls 
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our marketing 
    activities turn into customers

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Management and usage of: Discoverorg, and company data platforms
  • List Scrubs/MDUT Uploads and/or another platform identified for Eloqua list upload
  • Sales Training and Alignment: Acceptance/conversion of leads  and Sales enablement tools such as Eloqua Engage and Eloqua Profiler, Jive 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is required 
  • Must have 3+ years of project/program management experience 
  • Must have experience with data management, experience working with IT security products desired  
  • Experience with SFDC, CRM platforms, Adobe Analytics & DOMO

PURPOSE
