  • Project coordinator for the North American Supply team in the corporate regulatory repackaging initiative. Manage over 24 brands, assist in maintaining a Sharepoint tracking site, and collaborating with all cross-functional teams.
  • Build, manage and update branded tracking documents in a SharePoint site based on corporate feedback and best practices.
  • Daily maintenance of branded trackers.
  • Act as the liaison between Marketing, Packaging Development and Operations, GBSC, Branded Supply Chain, BSM, PDM, Material Management, Resource Planning and Creative teams on implementing the Strategic Labeling Initiative; provide guidance, logistical support and information as required.
  • Monitor component phase into new packaging. Manage exisiting components to exhaust with least liability possible.
  • Lead weekly branded core meetings with cross-functional teams.
  • Work with branded core teams on artwork and package development.
  • Execute timelines to support the legal guidelines for completion.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, priortize and manage their time effectively
