Position Summary: Segue Technologies seeks a Database Engineer to support ongoing onsite application development, maintenance and support tasks. This position is full-time position located at Indian School Road Northwest, Albuquerque, NM. The position may involve occasional travel. Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide deliverable-focused development, maintenance, and sustainment support of a suite of business-critical enterprise applications Development support for ColdFusion, Maximo, Oracle and SQL Server and other technologies involved in the technology stack Work independently and as part of a team to analyze issues and requirements and translate these into processes and/or software development tasks Work with stakeholders and business area subject matter experts for development and documentation of asset management business practices, process standardization, and data analysis Create, develop, analyze and troubleshoot ad hoc report and data calls requested by the customer to review existing systems and data Develop design specification, architecture diagrams, data models, and data dictionaries to facilitate and define the development approach Analyze interface and reports data to ensure data is accurate and imported/exported as specified and develop processes among teams to ensure data remains accurate Develop Data Quality Handbook to assist stakeholder in identifying and targeting system data that needs updating and corrections to maintain minimum, required data standards Develop Data Alignment and Reporting documents to provide data to external systems Prepare, review, update Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documents Additional tasks as required Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Systems, Engineering or another technical field, or related major. Relevant technical experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree 3+ years of experience with data analysis and development of design specifications, architecture diagrams, data models, and data dictionaries Experience working with ColdFusion (versions 2016+) Experience with MVC frameworks such as: FW/1, Fusebox MVC, etc. 3+years of experience using SQL Server including T-SQL, stored procedures, indexes, etc. Strong proficiency in T-SQL query construction/optimization Must hold or be able to pass a Federal Background investigation to obtain a T1 (also known as Public Trust or NACI) Desired Skills: Database Administration experience Experience with Maximo (versions, Experience working with Java and JavaScript libraries (jQuery or ExtJS) Proficiency in PL/SQL query construction/optimization AWS Developer Associate Certification Knowledge of National Park Service FMSS and Bureau of Indian Affairs FMS system and related application   Segue Technologies, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
