Job Summary:

The Application Delivery Services organization of Client Bank of Kansas City – Omaha Branch is seeking an agile, full-stack, Java software developer. The client plays a major role in providing Banking supervision and regulation. This position contributes to the development and implementation of enterprise, strategic and complex solutions including development of content delivery, business process management, data science and analytical capabilities through all phases of the Product Management life cycle. Scope of responsibility encompasses Software Development, Testing, Automation, Delivery, and Support.

Key Activities:

  • Utilizes skills to develop and maintain code, and/or proprietary COTS (Commercial off the Shelf) product configurations for moderately complex solutions according to Product Owner specifications, in compliance with industry and System standards.
  • Partners with the Product development team to understand Epics, Features and build out Stories.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with specialization in a related STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or closely comparable degree or an equivalent combination of related education and/or work experience.
  • Minimum of Three years relevant and progressive information technology experience directly related to the development of software solutions, to include three or more years of Java development.
  • Demonstrated skill in web application frameworks and languages (i.e. Angular, Spring, Java, etc), SQL, Test automation and CI/CD automation experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new technologies.
  • Native Cloud (AWS) development and/or infrastructure as code experience a plus.
