Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis, Improvement and Alignment:
  • Working with Director of IT, instruct, direct, and check the work of other team members.
  • Devise or modify procedures for business process and analysis and improvement.
  • Demonstrates and maintains broad knowledge of business process across the enterprise.


Technology Adoption:

  • Identify and drive organizational technology & information adoption.
  • Regularly investigate external technologies across competitors, industries, and trends and educates senior members of the business and IT.
  • Change Management
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
  • Create and implement training plans for Enterprise.
  • Project and Portfolio Governance.
  • Working with business managers, instruct, direct, and collaborate with other business and technology team members.

Job Description

This position involves working in an electrical systems testing laboratory and includes all aspects of laboratory operations and testing.  It includes the following:

* Perform design, analysis and testing of equipment and systems involving power electronics and electric plants. 
* Perform testing in accordance with procedures and safety, environmental and health requirements. .  
* Make engineering decisions for all aspects of assigned tasks. 
* Work with other personnel to ensure integration of work activities and work planning. 
* Interface with internal and external organizations. 
* Write operating procedures, recommendations, test procedures and test reports. 

Required Skills
  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university
