  • The position of a Technical Business Analyst, Staff on the Special Projects Team is a highly specialized position with a wide variety of challenges and responsibilities.
  • You will design and document workflows, processes and provide solutions to new business unit ideas, trends, and concepts. The analyst understands the business requirements and processes, and then translates them into particular project requirements.
  • In this role you will have the opportunity to work with very talented, dedicated and knowledgeable people in implementation services, operations and information technology to provide common solutions across the organization.
  • By utilizing your skills in business analysis, quality assurance testing, documentation, teamwork and effective communication and training skills your contributions will help the team in making the implementation team more effective in performing their jobs.
  • You will play a key role in ensuring that client Output Solutions client implementations are successful and standard processes are followed and improved when and where necessary – bettering our processes, tools, methods and resources is a key effort.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
