Vendors and Payments: Vendor Set up in SAP, documentation checks, submission of shopping carts and PO’s, tracking payments, collaboration with invoicing team, Sunshine reporting, contract review for payment terms, updates to invoices as required, confirmation of payments
System Administrator (Investigator Sponsored Research – ISR): assign team members, assess submissions for completeness, organize and ensure completion of reviews, ensure product and contract information is updated, run reports as needed.
 
Basic Qualifications: Project management skills, able to schedule meetings, work in different systems, good communication skills, able to work in SAP
