Responsible for the daily execution of delivery routes, outgoing shipments, and all other daily activities.
This associate will need to operate fleet vehicles assigned to the team.
They must maintain certifications for DOT, IATA, Hazardous Shipping, and Radioactive Shipping.
It is important that this associate has a high level of detail and a strong sense of urgency when performing shipping and receiving functions.
This role also requires a high level of customer service and strong communication skills due to interaction with customers and team members of all different levels and varying communication skills.
A retail sales associate is responsible for selling merchandise and assisting customers in finding the right product. Day-to-day duties include customer service tasks such as welcoming shoppers, offering assistance, making recommendations, answering questions and explaining the features of products. Other common duties include operating cash registers, bagging products, stocking shelves, marking price tags and preparing displays.
Since a high degree of interaction with customers is required, your retail sales associate job description should mention a strong focus on interpersonal skills. Friendliness and an outgoing personality are big bonuses.

Assessing business needs for S&OP Planning
Converting needs into formal business requirements, and producing the documents that will allow the (remainder of the) project team to define, develop and implement solutions that will meet these needs.
Producing the Investment Proposal, Business Requirements, and the Total Cost of Ownership and provide input to a range of other project deliverables.
Business process engineering
Functional domain expertise
Issue resolution and escalation
Ability to conduct training, and understanding the Sales and Operations Planning Processes and its integration with Supply Chain Planning.
Knowledge in Supply chain sales execution process and Forecasting Process.
Must have superior analytical skills, strong computer skills (Microsoft Office/Excel), Oracle VCP/Demantra experience preferred.
Ability to perform detail-oriented tasks within deadlines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Individual must have strong customer service focus that ensures timely problem resolution, efficient processes, and continuous improvement.
Able to work in a fast paced, multitasking environment.
Experience managing projects and meeting deadlines.
Nice to have:
Functional experience in both Forecasting and Planning areas, having developed and presented training materials to individuals and groups.
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle Demantra and Oracle APCC preferred
Bachelor degree, preferably in IT/Supply Chain Planning related field.
