 Technical Requirements:

  • Provide technical IT SharePoint 2016 development services.
  • Tasked with the creation of SharePoint 2016 sites and sub sites.
  • Develop SharePoint solutions/applications using out-of-the-box SharePoint features, workflow tools, and SharePoint Designer-created applications and custom component development.

  • Work with functional areas to define and scope SharePoint projects and document requirements.
  • Provide support and configuration management; assign and manage permissions to content within sites; including granting access and maintaining storage allocation.
  • Assist with resolving technical issues and provide guidance in pursuing innovative solutions; resolve production problems and provide technical support.
  • Support (operate, manage, configure and troubleshoot) applications.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for SharePoint; differentiate functional issues from technical issues.
  • Evangelize the use of SharePoint across the organization as the primary platform for collaboration and as a document repository.
  • Transfer knowledge to key business contacts and cultivate SharePoint expertise within organization.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver documentation for application functionality in SharePoint as needed.
  • Collaborate with governance and administration teams to establish governance around SharePoint usage and deployment, and work within specific change management procedures.

 Technical Qualifications / Specialized Experience:

  • It is essential the contractor have a keen understanding of workflows and best practices within the SharePoint 2013/2016 environment.
  • SharePoint Developer experience in the analysis, design, development and delivery of web-based applications.
  • Experience in working with SharePoint Server, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and Visual Studio. 
  • Experience in building and customizing SharePoint sites, workflows, lists, libraries, content types, security groups, and content policies.
  • Hands on experience developing and utilizing SharePoint components including, forms, templates lists, external content types, custom lists, service applications, web parts, master pages and content management.
  • Experience creating and modifying SharePoint site collections with multiple sites, unique navigational elements, custom content types and site columns, site pages, web part pages, workflows, retention policies, and governance policies. 
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of workflows and best practices within the SharePoint 2013/2016 environment.
  • Experience in Web Development, Visual Studio, ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
