Job Title          :  Help Desk | Level II

Location          :  HARTFORD,CT

Duration         :  6 Months Contract To Hire

 

Job Responsibilities include: 

- On-boarding new users and updating access for existing users in the enterprise service management tool. Receives requests for access via Remedy Service Catalog console. 

-Follows established steps for access provisioning on all requests. 

-Organizations usually prefer two years of post secondary training in field of specialty; however, some companies may accept equivalent education and experience combined. Talks with co-workers to research problem and find solution. 

-Ideal candidate will have experience with the Remedy Ticketing Systems and is a PLUS but not required.
