Job Responsibilities include:
- On-boarding new users and updating access for existing users in the enterprise service management tool. Receives requests for access via Remedy Service Catalog console.
-Follows established steps for access provisioning on all requests.
-Organizations usually prefer two years of post secondary training in field of specialty; however, some companies may accept equivalent education and experience combined. Talks with co-workers to research problem and find solution.
