Duration: 6 months Contract to Hire
Location: Remote

Must have at least 5 years of EDI team lead experience, project management experience.
Job Description

The Senior EDI Lead will be a part of a team supporting all phases of the design, development, and implementation of an Enrollment Resolution and Reconciliation Process for health insurance exchanges. The Senior EDI Lead will participate in design sessions, report on project progress and identify potential risks and issues. The Senior EDI Lead will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving errors in 834 and 820 transactions for health insurance exchanges and performing root cause analysis. Senior EDI Leads will become subject matter experts for members of their team; Senior EDI Leads will be assigned a reduced caseload while mentoring team members.
The Senior EDI Lead will be responsible for accomplishing business objectives by identifying and solving customer information and processing problems. This position requires knowledge in applying triage, research, collaboration, and technical knowledge to resolve transaction and processing issues. The Senior EDI Lead shall also become proficient in the use of supporting technology such as workflow management systems and case management software. He or she must also be an expert user of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to assigned team members
  • Complete assigned casework
  • Participate in testing and documentation of issues
  • Work with the technical and development team to resolve identified issues in a timely manner
  • Review documented training material for accuracy and assist in end user training and support
  • Employee is expected to undertake any additional duties as they are assigned by their Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of leadership experience
  • Experience in business analysis
  • Experience working with IT development teams
  • Experience with enrollment transactions
Additional Qualifications
  • Project management experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Federal contracts
  • Experience with premium payment transactions
  • Experience in reconciliation of enrollment transactions
