Ability to travel Statewide (60 – 75%)
Provide/Coordinate technical support (hardware & software) for CCTV, DVD/DVR, webcam, camcorder, secure two way radios, digital camera, and ID machines/printers, etc.
Provide/support technology issues (hardware & software) not supported by GETS vendors IBM, Dell and AT&T in 24 DJJ school systems located in RYDC’s and YDC.
Work with outsource vendors/third party companies to resolve issues as needed (hardware & software).
Place and manage IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) orders and Request For Solution (RFS) orders into GETS IBM Order Now System.
Assist with projects as requested.
May perform other job duties as directed by manager.
Must have excellent knowledge in technology support for Microsoft applications/computer/printer/network/phones, etc.
Excellent interpersonal skills in order to work with both technical and nontechnical personnel.
Ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written).
Ability to follow instructions (both oral and written).
Must pass all Background Checks (both vendor-generated and Agency required).
