Rate                            : $17.00/hr on W2 (All inclusive)

  • The North America Associate Service Center (NA ASC) Associate Care Specialist (ACS) is responsible for a variety of customer service functions within the Associate (Human Resources) Service Center, including the answering of incoming phone calls and Web cases providing timely and accurate responses to Human Resources related questions, the management of employee data in the HRIS applications (SAP), and supporting transactional activities of the Recruitment and electronic Onboarding processes.
  • Additional responsibilities are delegated by a team lead and/or ASC manager.
  • Acts a first point of contact for associates who contact the ASC via telephone, web cases, email or voicemail.
  • Utilizes on-line policies/programs to respond to inquires.
  • Works with ASC Specialists/Analysts, ASC Team Lead and/or Manager to escalate issues as appropriate, and to provide overall timely resolutions.
