Job Description:

  • Minimum of 8+ years' experience in GE Centricity Application & maintenance Support
  • Analyze and resolve production issues for the GE Centricity application and modules of an enterprise EHR/EMR system.
  • Able to provide level 2 support.
  • Configure application screens and choice lists according to user workflow and requirements.
  • Test and validate adhoc user reports
  • Perform unit and regression testing of software updates prior to migrating to production.
  • Coordinate the configuration and deployment of hardware
  • Provide on-call support during after-hours
  • Delivering support to existing business users and investigating and resolving application errors, data discrepancies and queries;
  • Working with the Business Systems Support Analyst in identifying and proposing application system changes, better uses, enhancements and developments and liaising with appropriate users and the IT Team.
