TEKsystems is seeking a VOIP Network Analyst Technician to support their client's VOIP product. This is a first level support role that interacts directly with business customers. In addition they will do LEC management to obtain ETA's on support issues. Will interact with technical and non-technical customers. Should have good knowledge of VOIP support and knowledge of VOIP structure. Will support Routers, switches and CPE equipment. Should have excellent documentation and follow up skills.
