* Processing and entering vendor costs/charges into our internal operating system
* Processing suppliers invoices while identifying discrepancies
* General administrative/ clerical data entry and billing .
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
Bookkeeping experience a plus.
Attention do detail and accuracy.
Excellent communications skills; verbal and written
Ability to multitask.
Work well in fast paced environment.
Previous pricing verification experience preferred.
