Job Description:

  • 6+ years strong experience on application release automation
  • Must have extensive working experience on application release automation tools CA LISA Release Automation (Nolio)
  • Knowledge on writing custom actions for deployments and integration with 3rd party tools with Nolio tool
  • Very good understanding of applications build & deployment  into various webservers and application servers
  • Should have knowledge on ETL deployments (Informatica / DataStage)
  • Should have experience in release automation for Cluster based environments
  • Should be aware of managing Nolio servers and agents, installation & configuration
  • Develop overall project release/deployment plan, coordination and execution using any web based release management tool
  • Drive deployment & release related issues to resolution and appropriately escalate high impact items
  • Enforce product release compliance with CUSTOMER’s corporate policies and guidelines. Recommend release best practices throughout the product cycle
  • Communicate release specific details and documentation with project stakeholders
  • Establish, gather and report release metrics (KPI, SLA, Trend, etc.)
  • Organize and drive post-release activities such as disaster recovery (DR) deployments, post release issue and post-mortems, and other related tasks
  • Plan and organize data upload and data update production deployments
  • Manage deployment of post-production releases on to DR and non-production environments
  • Administration & integration knowledge on Puppet and Chef will be added
