The client has recently deployed Microsoft Service Manager (MSM) for its ITSM system (Incident and Knowledge Mgmt).
There is a need for a MSM developer for on-going configuration and maintenance of this application, as well to support future rollout of additional ITSM functionality such as Problem and Change Mgmt.
