· 10+ Years of experience as Peoplesoft Functional Analyst
· Should be Expertise in PeopleSoft Functional Modules like Talent Acquisition Management (Recruiting), Performance Management and Position Management.
· Should have experience of End-End Implementation and Support/Maintenance of above modules.
· Good to have knowledge on Success factors and Recruiting Integration with Third Parties.
· Should possess good Analytical and Communication Skills.
· Added advantage of Having experience of Core HR, NA Payroll and Benefits.
