Job Description:

Successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the POS and Signage applications as well as the basic infrastructure in the store.   Candidate will work with technician and associates in the store  to manage and configure hardware.  On call support for a week every month .Core Hours:  8-5
 
·         POS Application Support                                                                                                                                                                                                  
·         AccessVia Signage Support
·         Server maintenance and support
·         PC Support
·         Handheld Support
 
Knowledge Required:
·         SQL Server (2005)
·         .Net Experience
·         Windows Server 2003
·         Windows 7
 
Interaction:
·         3rd party technicians
·         Store associates
·         Offshore resources
 
Skill:
·         Individual should be self directed and have the capability to manage multiple issues concurrently.
