Job Description:

The internal Enablement agenda will significantly grow in FY15 so an additional resource is required to help manage the rollout and maintenance of a number of programs to 1700 employees in GMA. These programs include: 
  • PL Barbarians (the current person that supports this will be going on maternity leave)
  • FY15 WW Training Curriculum for GVS, GVE, GMA Managers
  • Work with Sales Enablement to leverage the Role Based Learning training curriculum’s for GMA
  • GMA Operational Excellence Series
  • Build a GMA Operational Excellence series for IC’s
  • Work with the Business Transformation Team to facilitate ongoing training for GMA (ie. Lowrider, Product, Technology)
  • Integration of Sales Excellence in VNHT (Virtual New Hire Training)
  • Help support the ongoing alignment between GVE/GVS through enablement

Job Requirements:

Skills & Experience Required 
  • High energy, self-starter with progressive track record required and demonstrated ability to take on increasing responsibility now or in the near future
  • Demonstrated ability to provide planning and project management in a multi-site virtual team environment for complex projects spanning cross functional organizations, areas, and locations worldwide.
  • Requires ability to influence without owning processes or organizations directly
  • Excellent presence and communication skills - ability to persuade using simple communications
  • Excellent collaboration/teaming skills to evolve the best operating practices across Cisco
  • Proven ability to influence and lead in a highly matrixed model
  • Strong communication skills, active listener, ability to synthesize high level information
  • Ability to transition from strategic thinking to managing and solving tactical issues.
  • Must have program management experience; sales management or sales experience highly desirable. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
  • Strong attention to detail. Good mix of both tactical and strategic ability.
  • Proven ability in balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals
  • Possess the highest level of integrity; the ability to inspire trust and confidence within the teams
