JOBDESCRIPTION:Business Analyst experience with Good Analytical experience
to interact with customer for capturing/clarifying and eliciting discussion related to requirements and be a liaison between the customer and the developer Team. The person must be an expert with Tools like Requisite Pro and HP Quality Center
and be able to create Function Specification and Technical Specifications in these tools based on requirements analysis. The person must have experience preparing Mockup reports/wire frame reports to gather/refine business requirements
. The person must be able to prepare Technical Specifications/Pseudo codes with detail report specifications based on business requirements
to be shared with the Development and the Validation Team. JOBREQUIREMENT:
|Ã¯â€šÂ· Evaluates business information needs for document content and design changes through meetings and interviews. |
Ã¯â€šÂ· Designs and creates correspondence templates, rules, and business logic in accordance with business requirement specifications.
Ã¯â€šÂ· Analyzes business needs to design correspondence solutions that meet those needs.
Works with the business to prioritize corporate correspondence requirements to focus attention on high value business needs.
Ã¯â€šÂ· Serves as a liaison to the Business, Information Technology, and Quality Assurance partners on all correspondence related questions.
Ã¯â€šÂ· Analyzes and resolves production defects.
Ã¯â€šÂ· Point of contact for production moves, document history, and help files.
Ã¯â€šÂ· Identify incoming correspondence and its associated level of priority based on subject and content of correspondence, which action office is responsible for responding and what the appropriate suspense date will be
Ã¯â€šÂ· Manage weekly high-level overdue correspondence report, by monitoring, tracking and communicating with various points of contact
Ã¯â€šÂ· Analyze incoming correspondence and determine its associated level of priority
Ã¯â€šÂ· Analyst is responsible for an assigned correspondence desk (account)
Ã¯â€šÂ· Scan, print, and package the correspondence into an appropriately designated folder for processing
Ã¯â€šÂ· Make a determination, based on subject and content of correspondence, which action office is responsible for responding and what the appropriate suspense date will be.
Ã¯â€šÂ· Use network document management software to route coordination of the package (assign) to the appropriate action office
Ã¯â€šÂ· Review and update outgoing correspondence with edits as necessary. This step often includes consulting with the correspondence point of contact (client) independently to coordinate submission of, and review, the corrected and sometimes re-written response
Ã¯â€šÂ· Manage by monitoring, tracking and reviewing, all routed packages to insure compliance with the suspense date. Ensure all packages assigned to analyst’s desk are complete, timely, and accurate
Ã¯â€šÂ· Communicate with CO any and all issues to keep him/her informed of any potential problem with a client.
Ã¯â€šÂ· Develop and propose alternative for the CO to consider when informing him/her of potential problem
