To gather technical and business requirements throughout the assessment and planning phases of the Lotus Notes Replacement effort.
The Technical BSA will provide expertise in requirements specification gathering, analysis, and planning in support of the replacement of ~40 Lotus Notes applications. Activities include collection and organization of business and technical requirements from existing applications. Additionally, the BSA will serve as the liaison between in-house customers and information technology professionals.
Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs and document the technical requirements. Familiarity with Lotus Notes and ability to follow a defined technical process is required. An associate’s degree or higher and a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a related area is a must. The BSA will perform a variety of tasks under general supervision, must be able to work independently, and rely on experience and judgment to accomplish goals.
Experience with SharePoint, Web technologies, and Agile Methodology, are desired. Experience with the migration of a large complex projects is a plus. Possibility of contract extension into design and development phases.
