Contract - Corp-to-Corp, Contract - W2
Requires 3 to 5 years of solid development experience with HP PPM tool (particularly HP PPM 9.1x or 9.2x)
Requires proficient knowledge in implementation of Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Time Management, Resource Management, and Demand Management.
In-depth knowledge on Configuration and Customization of the HP PPM tool.
In-depth knowledge on PPM version upgrade, service packs deployment.
In-depth understanding of HP PPM Database design.
System level Administration, User management, dashboard configuration.
Support/maintenance of existing PPM process.
Strong knowledge of Oracle, PLSQL, JAVA Scripting, UNIX commands.
Strong knowledge of PPM Web Services.
Should be familiar working with XML import utility.
Be responsible for impact analysis and effort estimation.
Involve in Root cause analysis and provide technical solution for the application issues.
Map business process and develop the same using HP PPM.
Provide technical guidance whenever necessary.
Requires progressive Business Systems Analyst experience in an Information Technology environment.
Requires ability to estimate, plan, schedule, organize, coordinate, and execute activities.
Requires ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities.
Requires excellent communication and people management skills to confidently communicate both orally and in writing with business and technology personnels, other team members.
Requires ability to analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction.
Requires ability to coordinate system testing cycle, issues tracking and resolution.
Requires strong coaching, mentoring, training and facilitation skills.
Requires ability to deliver results on time and within budget.
Requires continuous learning of new skills that add value to projects and assignments.
Schedule and lead onsite meetings with customer to review PPM implementation. Gather requirements from customer and identify gaps.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent work experience.
