Description: • Very good exposure to all phases of project management (Initiate, Plan, Execute, Transition and Closedown). • Ability to understand the scope of the effort and ensure effectiveness in meeting the established goals and targets. • Ability to manage and work with multiple vendors. • Ability to manage Business stakeholder expectations. • Work with Planner to effectively manage the schedule and ensure prompt delivery. • Ability to estimate and project the cost and track it under control. • Ensure the team is on track with the schedule. • Ensure project resources are used appropriately • Providing independent advice on the management of projects. • Provide consistent status updates to State Farm Management and team. • Making sure quality is built in the work delivered. • Ability to track and manage requirements and facilitate change management process • Ability to identify and anticipate risks, facilitate resolution, mitigation, or escalation when needed • Ability to maintain team spirit. • Effective and good written and oral communication. • PMP certification is added advantage.
