• Deep understanding of SAP Solutions and the current trends.
• In the Business Development role the candidate must define and execute market oriented solution strategies, in order to create business opportunities and increase revenue.
• Ability to open new Logos and expand on existing relationships
• Experience of 10-15 years in SAP Solutions for IT industry /Business Domain exposure is anticipated to be suitably qualified for this role.
• 10 years of relevant experience selling Domain Led Offering, Software services (Applications especially) to Fortune 500 level customers.
• The candidate must have the ability to support customer engagement sales cycles, by understanding customer's business requirements and promoting the value proposition of SAP solutions to meet their requirements and deliver benefits to the customer.
• Prior experience in engagements for Business Development activities for SAP solutions is preferable
• Demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives in Business Development activities for SAP solutions.
• Leadership role within client projects in SAP solutions space is essential, in conjunction with thorough exposure to Client interfacing, Solution building, Client solutioning and Alliance management.
• Experience in having worked with combination of clients, advisors, partners, onsite and offshore and shared services.
• Expanding business from new/existing accounts and has the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into > $15M+ engagements.
Key Job Functions
• Identify Target and create new accounts for SAP Solutions and put together attack plan
• Understand client business strategies to develop account penetration strategy and execute them effectively
• Identify list of proactive proposition and establish Thought Leadership positioning
• Builds and orchestrates sales pipeline activity
• P&L Management including Revenue, Margin and DSO
• Work effectively with various CoEs, Groups to ensures active nurturing of deals and movement of opportunities to close (Including contracting and Negotiations)
• Enable outstanding service and ensure Account Level CSAT above company average
