Volt has partnered with a local on-line advertising firm looking for an Office Manager in their Morrisville, NC location. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, detail oriented, forward thinking, and able to be quick on their toes. The Office Manager will work directly with the CEO, CFO, COO and corporate teams. 

The Office Manger will be responsible for: 
  • Driving projects to completion 
  • Check in visitors and notify the correct employee of the guests 
  • Make sure all surrounding areas are kept clean and presentable to employees and their guests
  • Able to act discretely regarding protected information 
  • Manage current vendors (i.e. submitting weekly/monthly invoices) as well as source new ones through negotiations and relationship management 
  • Handle all property management issues such as maintenance and communications 
  • Make sure all common areas such as; lobby, kitchen, and break room are kept in a presentable manner as well as stocked 
  • Manage company Assets 
  • Coordinate any future office moves or facility needs (i.e. logistics, lease contract administration/renewals, etc…) 
  • Event Management; plan, schedule, and execute 
  • Assist company Recruiting needs with interview scheduling and any additional tasks that might arise 
  • Support Regional Sales/Marketing team with administration/operations

    Job Requirements
  • BS or BA from a 4 year Accredited University 
  • Office Management experience to include; facilities, operations and employee relations 
  • Experience with arranging meetings, events, and outings for large groups 
  • Proficiency in MS Office product (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook) 
  • Willing to arrange travel domestically and/or travel domestically
