· 4-year university degree and a minimum of 5 years exempt experience, which includes 2 years experience in management or project management.
· Equivalent experience may be substituted for education.
· Desired Qualifications: Market research project management is preferred. This position will have a defined role in CFIS newly developed Operations Unit.
· Key resource skill set is one of Data Goverance, Business Analyst and Project Management skill set.
· The candidate will need to have 3-5 years prior experience in developing business requirements for IT solutions.

may include, but are not limited to: Leads projects where the subject focus and solution can be complex in nature. Projects will involve efforts across many functional areas within CISC. Leads improvement projects within CISC and effectively coordinates these projects with the Project Sponsor and other improvement project teams. Project leadership includes identifying opportunities, defining and financially justifying projects, launching project teams, managing team activities by using good project management, tracking project status and results, removing and eliminating project barriers, and developing team members. Projects will improve the company’s ability to meet customer expectations, improve quality, reduce cycle times, reduce cost and increase profits. Ensures projects are integrated with other CISC business activities, improvement projects, and business strategy. Manages the development and maintenance of methods and systems for measuring the degree to which the project goals, objectives and metrics are being met. Provides the Project Sponsor with the results and takes corrective project action as required to improve on results below target. Provides necessary training and coaching to team members to assure successful outcomes. Ensures multi-channel communication throughout the organization. Keeps the Project Sponsor informed of project status and ensures coordination of activities with teams working on similar projects within the organization. Participates in accomplishment of continuous improvement objectives for the department. Progress toward accomplishment of these is measured through maintenance of necessary measurements and analysis of associated data. Participates in the identification of problem areas and development of resolutions to address them. Understands the Harassment policy of the company and is responsible for its application in all aspects of employment.
