- Extensive experience with in developing and designing Solutions for Speech Recognition and Biometrics Applications
- 7-9 years of experience of developing enterprise level IVR/CTI applications.
- 3-4 years of experience with supporting Java and SOA based applications.
- Experience with Genesys Voice Framework and Nice Recording Applications.
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills and ability to work with support team in different geo location within SLAs
- Exposure to Banking/Insurance domain is big plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
