Job Description:

This position will provide project and PeopleSoft upgrade support for the Student Records Team including Project and Upgrade Support (New systems, Modifications, Software upgrades

Description:
-gather, analyze, and document business requirements and assist with the translation into technical requirements.
- Identify, define, and document business process and application requirements in order to create business process flows for existing processes.
- Understand and perform elements of standard project management methodology.
- Assist with setup and configuration in the test environments.
- Create test conditions, create test scripts, perform testing, report defects.
- Provide deep subject matter expertise in Student Records 9.0 business processes.

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in computer science, MIS, business or a closely related field AND a minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional level work experience in one or more of the major duties of this position.
- Experience with business analysis in an upgrade and implementation of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.0.
- Detailed documentation and execution experience of Student Records module testing and configuration in PeopleSoft 9.0. 
- Strong PeopleSoft- Campus Solutions experience.
 
Preferred Qualifications/Selection Criteria:
- Working knowledge of relational databases.
- Working knowledge of requirements definition techniques.
- Ability to communicate technology concepts effectively with technically proficient and non-technically proficient individuals.
- Ability to sufficiently understand and analyze data to recognize data anomalies and problems and suggest corrective actions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem solving skills.
