Title: SAP FICO Solution Manager
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 6+ Months
Provide application functional support and implementation in the Finance and Controlling business areas
Effectively liaise with the business community and translate business requirements into effective IT solutions.
Develop and maintain configuration and functional design documents
Develop comprehensive written functional documentation on policies, standards, and procedures
Work with global teams and attend calls in off office hours, as necessary
Conduct user acceptance testing with global user base of multiple business streams.
Bachelor's degree in Information Services or technical related discipline
At least 7 years’ experience as an SAP FICO Business Systems Analyst. Configuration skills preferred.
Thorough understanding of SAP functionality and configuration across the Finance and Controlling modules, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Enterprise Consolidation, Special Purpose Ledger, Fixed Asset Accounting, cost center accounting, profit center accounting and Product Costing.
Ability to collaborate with business community to derive best practice and value added solutions on time and on budget
Capable of working on highly complex projects that require in-depth knowledge across multiple functional modules in SAP and business units.
Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions. Full SAP life-cycle experience is preferable (inception through post-go live and ongoing production support).
