Job Description: Business Systems Analyst (HR Recharge)
Job Location: Bellevue, WA
Duration: Long term
Plans, directs, and completes Business System Analysis activities associated with HR systems, particularly Payroll (e.g. requirement elicitation/documentation, design participation, UAT planning/scripting/facilitation, support deployment activities, and business validation).
Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:
Strong BSA skills
• Requirement gathering/documenting
• Human Resource background
• As-is and To-be business process map creation
• User Acceptance test (UAT) planning/scheduling
• UAT script writing
• UAT facilitation
• Defect Logging / Regression testing
• Support Project deployment
• Plan & facilitate business validation
• Solid working knowledge of Process Navigator and building business process maps
• Build and maintain a strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders in functions and teams across the business
• Work with stakeholders and associated business units to reduce resistance and effect organizational change
• Ability to hit the ground running within any stage of a project
2 - 3 yrs HR systems experience
2 - 3 yrs Project implementation experience.
