Job Description:

We are looking for 

Sr. Help Desk Support Analyst 

for an immediate need. The applicants should have good experience as Tech support analyst. The position requires experience in troubleshooting and MYSQL, PHP and Apache. 

Required skills:
· 

Strong experience as Desktop Support analyst 

· 

Experience in Hardware, Software maintenance and Troubleshooting 

· 

Good experience in deployment of desktop PC”s and Laptops 

· 

Must have experience in Windows XP and Windows 7 

· 

Experience in third tier trouble shooting 

· 

Experience in PC support 

Preferred Skills:
· 

Experience in Onshore-Offshore Model 

· 

Demonstrated experience in first level and Second level support 

· 

Strong Verbal and written communication skills 

· 

Demonstrated experience in Troubleshooting.
