In this role you will be responsible for successfully navigating the entire sales process from lead generation to signatures on contracts. This includes developing overall customer project plans, budgets, and pipeline creation activities.
Essential Job Functions of the SAP Sales Executive:
Ownership for assigned software sales quotas and pipeline.
Oversee business activities & processes to ensure a high standard of professional excellence is maintained among deal team members. Providing “hands-on” leadership for the team.
Ownership for business functions including, creating overall customer project plan, budgets, and pipeline creation activities.
Establish and implement short-term and long-term strategies to deliver services to customers within reasonable schedules and budgets.
Effectively communicate progress toward goals and objectives, sales tasks, and activities, and clearly describe sales challenges and objections to sales leadership for support and resolution.
Strong ability to navigate the entire sales process from lead generation to signatures on contracts.
Will be responsible for a sales quotas/goals of $10Mil or more annually
Basic Qualifications for the SAP Sales Executive:
Ten or more years of successful business development and sales experience
High School diploma or higher education (Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field highly preferred)
Experience selling within the technology industry
· Extensive experience selling the complete applications portfolio of services including Licensing and Plan- Design-Build-Test-Run & Maintain; including constructing outsourcing deals
Proven sales track record of at least 2 contiguous years; of achieving or exceeding quotas
Experience with sales quotas/goals of $10Mil or more annually
Willing to travel 75% of the time or more, as needed to get the job done
