Job Description 

The Transaction Processing Representative processes transactions for relevant business processes in various systems and tracking tools. He/she demonstrates knowledge of processes and related systems in order to effectively perform their responsibilities. He/she solve problems by precedent and reference detailed instructions and procedural documents, escalating issues and seeking advice when faced with complex issues and problems. 
The primary responsibility of the Post Closing Auditor is to perform a compliance audit on closed loans file to ensure accuracy of the executed documents related to fee tolerances, calculations, and date range tests. Insure the completeness of closed loan files for the required disclosures and re-disclosures (Federal and State), security documents, and general Underwriting related documents. Insure HUD has properly itemized fees in the correct line items related to finance charges along with GFE comparison. Insure proper Title, MI, HOI, and Flood insurance has been obtained. Confirm accuracy of POA, Red Flag review, and confirm integrity against various third party checks. Proficiency with FHA and VA required documents a requirement. 
Basic Qualifications 
· 2 years compliance audit experience in post closing mortgage originations 
· 1 year minimum experience with FHA and VA mortgage products 
  • High School diploma or general education degree

  • Intermediate Language Skills
  • Intermediate Mathematical Skills
  • Intermediate Reasoning Ability
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements.
