Innovation and Product Development
professionals identify/assess company´s Innovation structure to help them formulate Innovation Optimization strategies and optimize their Innovation efforts. Optimize product portfolios by developing innovative and collaborative design allowing clients, their customers, suppliers and partners to manage a products lifecycle from design, to build and overhaul. Help clients execute and improve their end to end Innovation process in the Discovery, Execution and Commercialization phases through IPD.

Responsibilities of the PLM Functional /Technical w/PTC Windchill or Oracle Agile PLM Manager may include:
Work with a global team to deliver client programs and projects based on PLM applications (either Oracle Agile PLM or PTC Windchill)
Work with cutting edge technology Deliver high-quality solutions across multiple industries
Work on a variety of projects ranging in both size and scope
Ability to travel as required, up to 100%
Minimum 2 years of experience working in Product Development Process area
Minimum 2 years of PTC Windchill or Oracle Agile PLM experience
Minimum 2 years of Solution Architecting PLM tool enabled Product Development improvement solutions
Product Development process and operating model expertise
PLM tool knowledge - PTC Windchill or Oracle Agile PLM
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership and management skills
