Job Description:

The Supply Chain Team Lead supports the service delivery or product team(s) in managing resources, projects and budgets to meet the goals of the business and clients. When required, develop and execute demand management processes, provide training and education on standard project management requirements and methods, facilitate project governance and reporting, and create models to improve business decisions. 

Job Description 

The Supply Chain Team Lead is responsible for supervising daily execution of smooth business operations within BPO Customer Service Representative (CSR) Team. The Supply Chain Team Lead is responsible to execute the following responsibilities: 
  • Supervisory responsibility for CSRs on the Redmond-based team.
  • Monitor the work load of their team and ensuring resources are available to support day-to-day Service activity.
  • Responsible for the achievement of the CSR Service Levels and adherence to defined Processes.
  • Participate in projects or manage smaller projects approved by Accenture and the client’s management.
  • Verify that team members are trained, developed, have clear goals, are motivated and considered key subject matter advisors.
  • Provide daily/as required tactical direction and experience.
  • Provide reporting input for SLA’s, KPI’s, SGVM submission, and all other operational and performance reporting requirements
  • Plan staffing/resourcing in collaboration with the Global Delivery Lead to effectively manage Service Levels
  • Manage resource scheduling through the business cycles and spikes in demand.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the client’s business and processes.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Collaborate across many different groups and communicate with multiple key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Be dedicated to seeking out efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Strong Customer and client focus with an emphasis on quality.
  • Single point of contact for the delivery lead and clients
Basic Qualifications: 
  • Minimum of 2 years of supply chain management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of working with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
