Job Description:

The Senior Sourcing Specialist is accountable for overseeing execution and service delivery of sourcing activities for cross-DTE open demand. Oversees pipeline activities across multiple profiles, business units and locations. This position is accountable for developing new and/or managing existing key client relationships across sphere of influence. Directs a moderate number of sourcing experts, including contract workers, and liaises with the offshore service center and recruitment services teams, typically delivering results through others. The team lead appropriately assigns resources to demand and ensures their team delivers on budget, on schedule and with the appropriate quality. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Interacts with Recruiting Leads to understand specific hiring requirements 
  • Manages teams to execute and monitor sourcing activities and programs across a variety of channels, including leveraging shared service sourcing capabilities 
  • Acts as a Sourcing subject matter expert and champion Accenture standard delivery solution 
  • Oversees sourcing’s candidate pipeline and ensures it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open positions 
  • Provides day-to-day direction to recruiters/sourcers on recruiting skills (assessment, selling, client management, processes and tools), recruiting profiles, recruiting strategies and methods, client profile/organization, sourcing strategies and potential use of new sourcing channels (social networking sites, web technologies, etc.) 
  • Coordinates various recruiting/sourcing continuous improvement projects 
  • Educates recruiters/sourcers regarding labor market developments (compensation and hiring trends, competition strategies, skill specializations), new technological trends and new industry/talent competitors 
  • Ensures recruiters are meeting SLAs, key operational metrics, and processes and data compliance regularly, escalating or resolving issues to Recruiting Lead where appropriate 
  • Directs sourcers on the appropriate use of Accenture recruitment systems with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection legislation 
  • Ensures recruiters/sourcers are reducing cost-to-serve as appropriate 
  • Interacts on a timely basis with the recruiting leads/stakeholders to understand specific sourcing requirements/enablement’s/resources 
  • Interacts with service agents (e.g., agents in San Antonio and Bangalore) to ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative processes 
  • Manages the development, execution and measures sourcing approaches in consultation with subject matter experts including: 
    • develops and maintains data mining approaches using advanced search techniques
    • manages a team to execute legally compliant job postings to internet and print sites, performing refreshes or removing as required 
    • understands the key outcomes of sourcing activities (e.g., hires produced, effort and cost expended) and make adjustments to maximize return on investment 
    • keeps up to date with channel management activities and potential use of new sourcing channels (social networking sites, web technologies, etc.) 
  • May support/lead/implement continuous improvement projects or internal projects/initiatives 
  • Proposes improvements and innovation to recruitment work products, services, or processes 
  • Manages pipeline of potential resources to ensure positions are filled with individuals who meet financial requirements 
  • Contributes to a positive work environment that influences high employee engagement 
  • Supervise teams, including Employees and Contractors 
  • Provides day-to-day supervision to sourcers on demand intake, sourcing, candidate management, and pipeline execution 
  • Implements sourcing strategies designed to deliver quality candidates 
  • Ensures sourcers are adhering to delivery within financial/budget guidelines 
  • Serves as a contact for business leadership designees for resolving issues 
  • Serves as first level escalation point for sourcers to resolve recruiting/sourcing related issues 
  • Determines and monitors monthly individual recruiter productivity goals 
  • Implements process improvements and innovation to recruitment/sourcing work products, services, or processes 
  • Actively participates in community and local office initiatives 
  • Ensures internal/external client satisfaction through timely interaction and follow up 
Travel as business need requires 

Basic Qualifications 
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional work experience
  • Minimum 3 years' in a sourcing/recruiting role
