Data Entry Technicians
expeditiously review documents and transpose sensitive information with emphasis on quality, organization and confidentiality. Candidates have a keen eye, and possess the ability to accurately identify and explain patterns, errors, and critical material within large reports. A strong comprehension of written and verbal language is necessary to clearly communicate findings to customers, as well as through detailed annotations. Additionally, candidates need to be capable of adapting-to and thriving-in dynamic environments which may change based upon customer needs.
Responsibilities may include:
Analyze customer requests for validity and urgency
Accurate review and entry of required data points, as defined by customer
Identify and escalate emergency requests, as needed
Clarify request information, issues, and inquiries through correspondence with customer
Manage open and unresolved tasks under individual ownership
Discover workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions to improve operations
Minimum 1 year data entry experience in a professional work environment
Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office
Written and spoken fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, German, etc.
Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
